These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Webflow Builder website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide Webflow design, development, migration, and maintenance & support services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Quotes & payment
- Project quotes are fixed once scope is agreed in writing.
- Unless stated otherwise, projects require a deposit to begin, with the balance due on delivery.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access required to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
4. Revisions & scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you, except for third-party assets, licensed fonts, and any pre-existing Webflow Builder tools or components, which remain licensed rather than owned.
6. Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webflow Builder operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
